The trird shift, unavoidable for nurses and dreaded by doctors! After a night shift I always use a sleep mask and blockout blinds to block sunlight when I sleep during the day. Sunlight is a potent stimulator of the circadian rhythm and even if your eyes are closed, the sunlight coming in to the room signals your brain that it is daytime. It is not good for your body!
For better beauty sleep I had perfumed my bed with strawberry and honey it makes me feel relaxed. Remember, sleep is one of the most important gifts you can give to your body. Going catch some zzzzz's!! Kisses. Elmo
