The trird shift, unavoidable for nurses and dreaded by doctors! After a night shift I always use a sleep mask and blockout blinds to block sunlight when I sleep during the day. Sunlight is a potent stimulator of the circadian rhythm and even if your eyes are closed, the sunlight coming in to the room signals your brain that it is daytime. It is not good for your body!

For better beauty sleep I had perfumed my bed with strawberry and honey it makes me feel relaxed. Remember, sleep is one of the most important gifts you can give to your body. Going catch some zzzzz's!! Kisses. Elmo

Whopers!!!! Well...they are not the best things  for you, but if you have one once in a while it Won't Hurt you! Kay word in anything is moderation! You dont have to feel bad about eating junk food occasionally, as long as you are eating right most of the time, which you are! Kisses! Betty! 

Sometimes it's hard to just get up from the bed, not to mention ...how to make a productive day!

I had developed a habit of planning my day. On my days off from work I walking up a 09.00 am (which is early): I use to write for 30 minutes, clean my flat, meditate for 15 minutes, planning my next day i details, doing laundry, shopping. This leaves me the freedom to do other things at the evening, like spend time with friends or going out.

Make it a lifestyle not a duty!!!
