Sometimes it's hard to just get up from the bed, not to mention ...how to make a productive day!
I had developed a habit of planning my day. On my days off from work I walking up a 09.00 am (which is early): I use to write for 30 minutes, clean my flat, meditate for 15 minutes, planning my next day i details, doing laundry, shopping. This leaves me the freedom to do other things at the evening, like spend time with friends or going out.
Make it a lifestyle not a duty!!!
